At Cork & Barrel Co., we are dedicated to offering the finest quality wines. We strive to provide detailed information about each wine, including additional details and photographs upon request.

However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for wines that are out of condition or corked. As some wines, especially older vintages, may have inherent risks regarding condition, we strongly encourage purchasers to be aware of this when making a selection. Due to these factors, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

Force Majeure

Cork & Barrel Co. will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill agreed obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Cork & Barrel Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in its original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please email returns@corkandbarrelco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.
