100% Pinot Noir from the 2020 vintage. The fruit was so nice that we just looked after it carefully in the winery. It was fermented slowly at low temperatures to maximise the aromatic expression and given 26-29 months on lees; enough the create a soft mouthfeel without losing its freshness.
