Taste: Sweet strawberries balanced wonderfully with the
bitterness of rhubarb, underlying pine with the acidity of
the citrus balancing the sweetness from the fruit.
Aftertaste: Fruity, sweet but bitter and herbaceous right at
the end.

Overall: A wonderfully balanced pink gin, a taste of
summer.
